The Urban planning area is a large plot of land near the tsmc fab site with qualified development conditions; 15 minutes by car to the tsmc site and 40 minutes by car to downtown Phoenix, allowing more direct access to the needs of industrial clusters and surrounding areas.

Peoria, in terms of its geographical location, government support, population composition, commercial resources, development environment, and innovative atmosphere, creating a shared living space. It serves as an ideal location for residential, office, commercial, or innovation incubation areas.

An oasis with a lake in the greater Pheonix area, the surrounding land is undeveloped with the advantages of both lake and mountain views.

tsmc’s Plant Construction – New Opportunities

Since 2021, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (tsmc) has been constructing and operating a 4nm wafer fabrication in North Phoenix, Arizona, USA, covering a total area of 1,128 acres.

The Fab is expected to be complete and put into operation by 2025. It will create more than 1,900 jobs and generate demand for related industries. The increase in employment opportunities will develop many critical operational activities, such as residence and commerce. It will also increase the need for the surrounding environment and residential facilities.

Smartopia Project will serve as a proof of business for smart cities and demonstrate wafer technology applications of diversified smart city functions at a large scale.

His expertise has taken him across regions, making him well-versed in international investments, negotiations, and global markets.

Dr. Wei F. Lee

With over 20 years of experience spanning industry, government, and academia, specializing in civil engineering, Dr. Lee is a recognized research and practical expert in fields such as Taiwan’s geotechnical engineering, metro projects, and lifecycle management of infrastructure. Dr. Lee has played a pivotal role in various key infrastructure, urban planning, and smart city initiatives. He has served as the Chairman of Taoyuan Mass Rapid Transit Corporation, General Manager of Taoyuan Aerotropolis Corporation, and Director of Taoyuan International Airport Corporation. Dr. Lee has overseen infrastructure and urban development projects exceeding $20 billion USD in value.

Kevin Kuo-Kai Tseng

Mr. Tseng, with extensive industry experience, boasts a career spanning over 30 years in corporate governance, acquisitions, restructuring, management, and integration. His expertise has taken him across regions including Taiwan, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, Europe, and the United States, making him well-versed in international investments, negotiations, and global markets. He demonstrates market risk sensitivity and a far-reaching perspective when it comes to market analysis, forecasting, investment management, and planning at all levels. He has previously held positions such as founder, director, and general manager in multiple technology companies, and has been involved in M&A transactions with combined market values exceeding $1 billion USD. Within this fund, his primary responsibilities encompasses corporate governance and financial planning for associated companies.
